Ape Troop Voting/Governance Portal is live — Voting Tutorial Inside!

It’s time for our $TROOP to cast their votes on the proposals we put forward. We want to give our loyal #APES some power within the Ape Troop project. Our goal is to ensure our community are playing an active part in the direction of the project, through governance we can all make Ape Troop one of the strongest projects of 2021.

What are: Proposals?

As an example, we might want the community to vote on what we should do with some excess $TROOP that we have accumulated in our Charity/Marketing wallet so to make it easier and to avoid any “guess” work we can just put the proposal to our fellow #APES that way the direction of the project is in the hands of the entire community, not just the core team.

We will also be putting proposals out to start deciding which charities we will support for our mission codenamed: HUMANITY, this will be our way to show that the Ape Troop is dedicated to helping the people, animals and world in which we live.

There are countless proposals that could be put forward, later on, we will integrate “Community Proposals” this will enable anyone from the community who holds a certain weight or percentage of the total supply of $TROOP to put their own proposals forward for voting.

How to vote on Ape Troop proposals:

Step 1 — Navigate to vote.ApeTroop.io

Step 2 — Select “Connect wallet” and ensure you are on the Binance Smart Chain network.

Step 3 — Connect your wallet.

Step 4— Click on the proposal you would like to vote on.

Step 5— Choose (1) option from the options listed in the proposal, you can ONLY choose (1) option.

Step 6— Click on “Vote” once you have selected your choice.

Step 7— Confirm your “Vote”

Step 8— “Sign” the transaction, please note there are ZERO gas fees to sign a transaction.

Step 9— Once your vote has been cast, you can see the progress within the proposal you have voted on. You can also see important information such as the time the proposal started and ends as well as who put the proposal in.
